Silicon carbide has a large specific resistance, ohmic heating in
the air, the surface temperature of the heating unit 1050 ± 50 ℃,
the resistance was 600-1400Ω-mm2 / M. As silicon carbide
resistance with increasing temperature change, from room
temperature to 800 ℃. Resistance - temperature characteristic
curve is negative, positive temperature higher than 800
℃.
