GLPOLY thermally conductive structural adhesives are modified epoxy based patented new materials designed for solving thermal management challenge of “cell to pack” (refer to CTP) battery pack.

Generally, the market is flooded with two kind of thermally conductive structural adhesives, namely polyurethane and epoxy based products. Actually thecnologies of these two products are really backward and are not ideal for automotive or EV applications.

GLPOLY thermally conductive structural adhesives are new materials aimed at taking the place of PU and epoxy based thermally conductive adhesive products with high reliability. For example, after extreme temperature cycling and shock for 500 cycles, the key indexes change is less than 10% before and after test, but for PU and epoxy based thermally conductive adhesives, the performances will decrease by 40%.
