Our raw materials are supplied from Hangzhou Nbond Nonwovens Co., Ltd which possesses the advantages of strong technologies and strict quality management system.Bonyee built its leading position in nonwoven industry in China due to the steady supply capacity and quality assurance. As a professional manufacturer of all kinds of dry wipes in China, Bonyee is equipped with more than 30 production lines in a 10000 square meter manufacturing area.We also acquired many qualifications such as GMP 100,000 level for clean workshop, ISO9001&ISO14001 certificates. We have 10 international- advanced spunlace production lines with annual production capacity reaches 56000 MTs as well as domestic- advanced auto packaging machines both for polybags and boxes.Depending on our qualified working environment and advanced equipments, we can guarantee the effective production , stable quality and clean products to our customers at home and abroad.

1 R&D :Depend on our professional R&D team, we established our own R&D center as well as introduce the first trial line for sampling only in this industry. Up to now ,we have acquired 113 patents and we have built the our national standard research institute to provide individual solutions for different customers.
Thanks to our R&D basis,we are the first company in this industry to invent the flushable wipes and these are our key products.
2 Manufacturing: We have 12 international advanced spunlace non-woven fabrics production lines with the total annual production capacity 60000 tons. The basic weight of our spunlace non-woven is from 30gsm to 160gsm with the width from 8cm to 330cm.
Meanwhile,we have automatic point-breaking,cutting and packaging machines to manufacture our finished spunlace non-woven products.
3 Quality Control: As a leading company in the industry,we pay strict attention to our quality control procedure. As Nbond company has already insisted on the importance of quality control and took detailed actions which assure the quality for the quality of spunlace non-wovens provided to us,we still established our whole quality control system including the material check,in-process control,final product test and lab tests etc. We believe quality is our company's soul which provide us with the continuous development.
4 Warehouse&Logistics: We have more than 80000m2 warehouse for finished products.We are in the process of searching for the intelligent methods for warehouse stock operation and managements. Our facility is located in Hangzhou,it takes about 2 hours to Shanghai/Ningbo seaport and 1 hour to reach Hangzhou International airport or Hangzhou East Railway Station.All these provide us with convenience for logistics.
