1.Are you a manufacturer? If so, in which city?

Yes, we are a large-scale factory specializing in the production of embroidery thread, including the  production of stitching, dyeing and winding .  We are in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.

2.Can you provide samples for free? sampling time ?

Samples are available free of charge We have our own color card with 336 popular colors You can pick 3 colors at will.  As a sincere cooperation, we will provide samples for free. We can send a courier within 3 working days. But you need to pay the courier fee When you confirm the order .

If it is a custom color, as a first time cooperation, we will charge a small sample fee as your design cost. Samples can be produced in 5 days and sent to you by express.

3.Do you accept sample order or trial order? How many cones is MOQ?

Yes, samples or trial orders are welcome. Our regular products are not limited by MOQ, 1 cone products are also OK.
