PVC resin is the most widely raw material used in plastic production. It has good chemical stability corrosion resistance and water resistance. It can be dissolved in ace-tones , hydrochloric ether, ester and some alcohol . It can offer good solubility , good electrical insulation , thermoplasticity and membrane forming capacity.
The PVC Resins are polymerized by
suspension process, their appearance being in white powder form.
They are essential materials for preparing PVC compounds. By
adding blending agents and employing different techniques, they
can be made into rigid or non-rigid PVC products and are
suppliable in a wide range of transparent, translucent, and
opaque colours.
Polyvinyl chlorides is
high molecular compounds polymerized with structural element as
CH2-CHCLn,degree of polymerization usually as 590-1500.In the
process of re-polymerization ,affected by kinds of factors such
as the polymerization process, reaction conditions, reactant
composition, additives etc.it can produce eight different types
of PVC resin performance is different.
