2:What type of design format you need?
AI or CDR or PDF,but if you don't have ,send us JPG in 300DPI at least,if not ,.the printing not clear enough. Higher resolution design, printing more clearly.

3:The magnet can shipping by air ？
Yes,this is rubber magnet,it is okay for shipping by air ,and we have MSDS reports.

4:This type of board,can easy to erase it ?
Yes,we have a matching marker pen for this board, and the marker pen with erase on top,It took too long for the ink to dry can't use it to clean ,please try to use the wet towel/fabric to clean it.The surface is waterproof.

5:The marker pen with logo printing,the pen can stick on metal surface as well?
Yes,the marker pen with logo printing it is okay.Also,the Marker pen with magnet.
