White Tea has the highest antioxidant content among other types of tea.

The name White Tea is taken from the youngest tea leaves that are still curled and then after drying they become silvery white and shiny from the hairs that cover them. White Tea has a pointed shape resembling a needle so it is often called a silver needle. The many feathers accompanied by the tip of the tea shoots indicate that the antioxidant content in White Tea is high.
