glutamate
Monosodium
glutamate is the main component of the food flavoring
agent MONOsodium glutamate. It is a monosodium glutamate
salt formed by sodium ions and glutamate ions. It is a
colorless and tasteless crystal at room temperature and
melts at 232ºC, easily soluble in water (solubility:
74g/100ml). Monosodium glutamate has been more than 100
years of history of Chemicalbook, in 1866 Ritthausen will
wheat bran hydrolyzed with sulfuric acid and get acidic
amino acid. In 1908, Dr. Kikunae Ikeda, using kelp,
isolated the delicious ingredient, and proved that the
delicious ingredient was monosodium glutamate salt, so as
