Starting from basic products such as: whole milk powder (regular and instant), skimmed milk powder (regular, agglomerated, and instant),milk proteins 40-85% proteins, cream powder 42-50% fat, buttermilk powder 4-11% fat, SWP, SWP demi 6-12% protein and 2-8% ash,WPC 30-85% proteins (regular and instant) milk and whey permeate to functional milk powders for the food industry with quality parameters selected and produced based on an individual recipe.
