--According to the feedback from the market, some customers can't get the required performance after using wet rubbing fastness improving agent on denim fabrics.Through the customer's finishing process, we know that the problem is the drying temperature, generally it needs to be dried at 100-120 ℃ after dipping treatment to achieve the desired effect, while the customer actually drying temperature is only 60-80 ℃, which can not make the wet rubbing fastness improving agent better combine with the fabric, thus affecting application effect. In order to solve this problem, our company has developed a special wet rubbing fastness improving agent for jeans HT-819, drying temperature at 60-80 ℃ and will not affect the application effect.

Main composition

Special water-based polyurethane.

General properties

Appearance: light yellow to yellow liquid（darker as time going）

Ionicity: weakly cationic

PH: 4±1（50g/L）

Solubility: easily soluble in normal water in any proportion

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 requirements.

Use for fixing after cellulose fiber dyeing .Excellent wet rubbing fastness improving performance that can meet above Grade 3 by improving 1- 1.5 grades .

Easy operation for using by direct dilution.

Soft hand feeling, no influence on light fastness and resistant to washing.

Application

Based on different kind and concentration of dyes, different kind and pattern of treated fabric, Dosage as below:

Dipping (washing factory only)

HT-819: 3-5% (O.W.F) (Adjustment base on color)

Bath ratio: 1: 10 – 20

Dyed fabrics (pH ≦ 7) → Dip at room temperature × 20 – 30 min →Dry at 60-80 ℃

Notice:

Prepared solution should be used immediately.Please test before using.The above process is for reference only.

Only use alone, can not use for one bath with silicone oil, fixing agent and anionic agent.

The working liquid can achieve the best performance at 25-35℃.

Please clean up the alkali (pH ≦7), salt and soaping agent of the fabric before using wet rubbing fastness

improving agent 819.
