1.Polypropylene meltblown filter element is made of polypropylene resin as the raw material, and the fiber is entangled and bonded. The structure of the filter element is a thick outer fiber, a thin inner fiber, a loose outer layer, and a tightly tapered inner diameter. The unique gradient deep-layer filtration forms a three-dimensional filter residue effect, which has the characteristics of high porosity, high rejection rate, large dirt holding capacity, large flow rate, and low pressure drop.

2.The injection-molded parts show smooth and clean, without obvious defects such as burrs, deformation, shrinkage, etc. The surface of the parts has the same color and lustre, and there are no obvious speckles.
3.The filter media inside the filter element is firmly fixed without loosening or falling off.
4. The filter element can guarantee normal use for more than 3 months.
