Q: If I can get samples? If yes, how is the sample charge?
A: Yes, mostly ok. A4 size of sample is free, you only need to pay for the courier charge. Otherwise, please pay for the sample charge and courier charge.

Q: How is the delivery time?
A:Lab dips: about 7 days
First lot bulk sample: about 10-15days
Delivery time: about 25-30days after receiving deposit. And if the confirmed time for lab dips and first lot bulk sample is long, then the delivery time would be adjusted.

Q: What is the payment term?
A:We can accept 30% deposit, 70% before shippment.
We also can accept irrevocable LC at sight.

Q:How to confirm the quality before and after producing?
A: After confirming the quality and all details, we would produce. Then we would supply the first lot bulk sample per color for confirmation. After confirmation, we would produce the left qty.
