IPRO packaging vents are widely used in pesticides, fertilizers, consumer products and industrial chemicals. For the barrels and containers used in above fields, the suppliers often meet the following problems before high air flow packaging vents have been used:

* The barrels and containers will experience the change of air pressure and temperature during transportation, which will lead to the change of internal pressure. Then the wall will be bloating or collapsing, which not only impacts the appearance, but also impacts the reliability of the normal operation.

* Some chemicals are highly volatile or easy to decompose to generate gases, which lead to the rapid pressure rise of barrels and containers. The result is that the wall is very easy to bloat. Sometimes it will lead to the cracking of the wall, which causes serious leak.

* Some chemicals will react with the oxygen in air and consume the oxygen in the barrels or containers. This will lead to the collapsing of the wall and sometimes there will be tilt which brings serious leak.

* For the barrels and containers using common packaging vents, there are often some defects such as low air perm, easy to leak. For some applications that there is surfactant in the chemical, the packaging vents will lose venting function because of being wetted by surfactant.
