I. Features

VCI film is a polyethylene film produced by mixing VCI masterbatch with PE masterbatch through blow

molding. It is a high-tech packaging material used for the packaging, storage, and transportation of

ferrous and non-ferrous metals to prevent rust.

Standard roll: 1.5m × 2 layers × 100m/roll. Custom sizes available upon request.

Width: 8-200cm | Thickness: 0.06mm-0.20mm

III. Anti-Rust Principle

The film continuously releases VCI anti-rust particles that adhere to the surface of the packaged object,

cutting off contact between moisture, oxygen, and other corrosive substances and the object. This

disrupts the corrosion mechanism, achieving effective rust prevention.

VI. Usage Precautions

1.Products must be sealed during packaging

2.Products must be clean and rust-free before packaging

3.Wear gloves when packaging — avoid direct hand contact with parts

4.Consider whether the product has undergone any other chemical treatment before packaging

5.Do not exceed 60°C during packaging

6.Avoid outdoor operations, direct sunlight, moisture, rain, and foggy conditions

7.For oversized items or products requiring large surface area protection, add auxiliary agents

8.Seal and store unused VCI film promptly
