Valve sping is a special product and here is no reference informance for each code. We produce them according to customer's requirement. Normally, by samples or technical drawing from our customers. So, any need, tell us the details and we can develop for you. We have the ability to develop valve spring for standard engines and performance engines.

1. Price very from USD$0.7 to 2 per pieces.

For single valve spring, the price will be below USD$1.0 normally.

2. Material: generally, 55CrSi or swosc_v.

The second one is imported from Japan and with higher performance. We are changing to produce valve springs into this material. And the price is almost the same as the first one.

3. Development issue:

Lead time for sample production: 1-2 weeks

No development cost in the whole process.

4. MOQ requirement: Normally 1000-2000pcs.

Price will be lower if the order is in big quantity. Normally, the price at the quantity of over 5,000 will be a bit more lower.
