NDT 2522 is a two-phase stepping motor driver based on DSP control. It is a new generation of all-digital stepper motor driver, which combines advanced DSP control chip and unique control circuit. The driving voltage is AC110-220V, the adapting current is less than 5.0 A, and the outer diameter is 57-110 mm and less than 16 Nm. The driver uses a circuit similar to the servo control principle, which can make the motor run smoothly, with little vibration and noise. The positioning accuracy can reach up to 40 000 pulses per turn.

Attention:
1. Input voltage should not exceed AC 220V. When the fluctuation of power grid is large, please connect the voltage stabilizer or isolation transformer;
2. The descending edge of the input pulse signal is valid, and the rising edge control needs to set the internal parameters of the driver;
3. When the temperature of the driver exceeds 75 degrees, the driver stops working, and the fault indicator ALM lights up. When the temperature of the driver drops to 50 degrees, the driver needs to be re-energized to resume working. If there is overheat protection, please install radiator;
4. Over current (load short circuit) fault indicator light ALM is on, please check motor wiring and other short circuit faults, after eliminating, need to restore power;
5. No motor fault indicator light ALM is on, please check the motor wiring, after eliminating the need to re-power recovery.
