We are manufacturer of aluminum extrusion mould who's been in
this industry for more than 20 years. In past 20 years we built

Meet the China national standard GB/T6892-2006 and Europe
standard EN12020-1, (2001) and American Standard ANSI
H35.2-2003.
Processing methods commonly used include: turning by NC lathe,
milling by CNC (computer numerical control) machine , grinding
byCNC machine, drilling, wire cutting, EDM electrical-discharge
machining.
We have got ISO9001:2000 certification and the durability of our
extrusion dies exceeds the similar products about 50% .Our
excellent R&D staff guarantee that we can make any kind of
extrusion die according to customer requirements. The biggest
extrusion die in our factory is about 1700mm.The high tech of die
manufacture helps to build a good reputation for our company. And
we are well known in this industry both home and abroad.
Application: Our extrusion die is widely used in producing
aluminum profiles, which is used in the food industry, the
packaging industry, construction field and decoration, ships and
pressure vessels, high-speed rail, aviation component products,
such as easy-to-pull tanks , chemical storage containers,
partition houses, mobile rooms, offshore pipelines, aircraft
skeleton, window profiles, door profiles, profiles for curtain
wall, the profiles for solar etc.The more commonly used
specifications include 6061 and 6063 series.
