THY Precision has a consistent and proven production process for micro mold design, development, manufacturing and assembly. We use high grade raw materials for durability and enhanced performance. We are equipped with CAD/CAM software which writes files directly to our precision CNC Milling Machines as well the equipment and know-how for traditional machining including EDM and grinding. Our highly specialized robotic machinery achieves 80~90% fully automated production.

We use a Japanese All Electric Injection Molding Machine to achieve high precision and low pollution. The high speed, accurate, stable, quiet and power-saving features of the All Electric Injection Molding Machine can satisfy the requirements for a wide range of markets including industrial products, precision plastic injection, and micro injection.

All of our work is done in-house for total control of the production processes. This eliminates compatibility, communication and logistics issues and enables us to provide the best accuracy, most timely results and cost savings to our customers.
