Thrust ball bearings are composed of three parts: a housing ring, a shaft ring, and a steel ball cage assembly. Weighing shaft rings that fit with the shaft, and weighing rings that fit with the housing.

Thrust ball bearings are designed to withstand thrust loads at high speeds and consist of washer-like rings with ball-rolling raceway grooves. Due to the housing cushion shape of the ring, thrust ball bearings are divided into flat base cushion type and self-aligning spherical cushion type. In addition, the bearings can accommodate axial loads, but not radial loads.

It is suitable for bearing axial load on one side and at low speeds, such as crane hooks, vertical water pumps, vertical centrifuges, jacks, low-speed reducers, etc. The bearing shaft ring, housing ring, and rolling elements are separated and can be assembled and removed separately
