Thermal Insulation Bonding Adhesive

Therm-Bond 10L HW is a single-sided tape made of high-quality PL film as the base tape and PI film coated with thermally conductive pressure sensitive adhesive on one side. The appearance is yellow, and it is covered with a release film. The adhesion meets the requirements of reworkable operation, good thermal conductivity, and the high-quality PL film ensures its excellent electrical performance, and provides the release film for easy die-cutting and punching. It is mostly used in heat dissipation solutions for high-frequency components. Therm-Bond 10L HW adhesive layer has relatively stable cohesive strength, can withstand high temperature and continuous action, does not fall off, and is easy to rework. It is suitable for pasting and using heat-generating parts.
