How to prevent damage of saw blade?

Cause of damage:

1.Working with a dull saw blade.

2.Insufficient cutting speed.

3.Abrasive particle size blocking the grinding wheel.

4.When the saw blade is cut in,the feed resistance decreases rapidly or the feed quantity suddenly increases.

5.Loose workpiece.

6.Long time continuous cutting.

Resolvent:

1. Sharpen the blade before use without changing the blade angle.

2.In order to ensure the balance of saw blade, the larger the matrix is, the lower the relative speed is.

3.The chip discharge tank and slag suction device of the equipment shall be smooth to prevent the slag from accumulating into blocks and affecting the production and safety.

4.When starting and stopping cutting, do not feed too fast to avoid tooth breakage and damage.
