1000 Gr Sudem whipping cream powder mixed with 1000 Gr Water or 2000 Gr milk. To prepare the whipped cream, mix the powder with cold (10-15 degrees) water or milk at high speed for 5-7 minutes. It is recommended to keep the whipped cream whipped in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
