     3)Our AQL standard is Critical: 0 , Major: 1.5, Minor: 4.0.

     4)If customer AQL standard higher than us, we can follow and ensure the quality also.

Q: How do you do with the claims?

A:1) For our design/production/package problems, Fucheng will take full responsibility. 

    2) For shipment problems, we have full reports to help claims with shipping company.

    3) Free replacements sent with your goods: such as cartridge, o-ring, etc.
