CINNAMON PROCESSING

Step 1: Harvesting fresh cinnamon

The outer of bark of cinnamon is removed, sorted by thickness, packed into bales then bring fresh peel to warehouse for drying process.

Step 2: Drying

The bales are dried in the shade to prevent warping. After four or five days, they are rolled on a board to tighten the filling and then placed under sunlight for further drying.

Step 3: Grading and Storing in warehouse

Split the cinnamon and classify each type of cassia: Broken cassia, Split cinnamon, Cigarette cassia, Whole cassia, Round cut cassia, Square cut cassia, …
