Product Details
Our high-quality coffee is mostly produced in Minas Gerais by
experienced and traditional families
since the 80s. In total, we count over 575
hectares.
The origin comes from the fertile
soils of South Minas Gerais and Alta Mogiana, all known for the
excellent scores of arabica beans.
The balance between height
(1.000-1.340m) and the weather turns out possible the development
of a higher sugar concentration inside the beans. Due to the
mountainous terrains, the harvest can be done manually and in
small lots, allowing a better selection of the fruit and
monitoring of its qualities.
Not last, the lands of Alta
Mogiana counts with fountains known for their high concentration
of minerals. To provide even more safety, the coffee is produced
sustainably and responsibly, receiving good practices
certificates.
