Special rubber rubber joints are generally composed of an inner rubber layer, a fabric reinforcement layer (the reinforcement layer has multiple layers of squeegee nylon cord fabric), a middle rubber layer, an outer rubber layer, an end reinforced metal ring or a steel wire ring, and a composite rubber pipe combined with a metal flange or parallel joint loose sleeve after high temperature and high pressure vulcanization. The special rubber rubber joint makes use of the advantages of high elasticity, high gas resistance, medium resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance of rubber, which can reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline, and can compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes.
