Non pressed PVC type
Construction: After dipping with PVC on the solid woven fabric,
add PVC cover on the solid carcass to from the belt.
PVG type
Construction: Based on PVC carcass, with rubber component top
and bottom cover, formed after belting pressed.
Character: Good fire resistant and antistatic properties, light
weight, high strength, super anti-ripping and impact
resistance.
The solid woven fabric uses high tensile strength and low
elongation polyester long filament as warp fibre, for weft
fibre, it uses high tensile and medium modulum nylon filament.
The fabric is high in strength, low in elongation, high in
carcass, free of separation of plies, shock resistant,
anti-tear and good in troughability.
Performance:
(Underground conveyor belt) Flame retardant conveyor belt is
made from the whole belt core via dipping and plastifying in
polyvinyl chloride (PVC) dipping agent or sulfuration. It
features largely in the high strength, large freight volume and
stable conveyance performance. Besides, it is fire retardant,
anti-static, shock resistant, wearable and corrosion
resistant.
Usage:
PVC,PVG conveyor belt is mainly applicable for the underground
well haulage of coal mines, and also the conveyance of
materials for metallurgical and chemical industries. The whole
core fire-retardant conveyor belt is divided into two types:
PVC, PVG
Two types: PVC, PVG
PVC type conveyor belt's upper and lower layers are PVC coating
cover, single-sided tape thickness: ≥1.0mm; PVG type belt's
upper and lower layers are nitrile rubber and PVC, single-sided
tape thickness: 1.5mm-4.5mm.
PVC type conveyer belt's inclined angle: <16°;
PVG conveyer belt's inclined angle: <20°.
