The heavy-duty slurry knife gate valve is a two-way valve with a flat flange, no packing, and rubber lining, suitable for use in a variety of industrial applications. The full interface design ensures that there is no internal obstruction, and can provide a "blind flange" to close when the gate is closed. The sealing surface of the valve will be located between two thick rubber bushes, both of which are compressed in the valve housing. Each bushing is molded with an internal reinforcement ring to ensure that the sealing sleeve is positioned in the center of the valve body and can resist the huge shearing force of the valve opening and closing process. The stainless steel gate should be completely removable from the process flow when it is in the open position, and when necessary, it can be inspected and replaced without stopping the valve.
