Mailer boxes come in E-Flute, 1/16" or B-Flute 1/8" single-wall corrugated cardboard and can happily ship between 1-30 lbs. We'll automatically select the best thickness for your box size to ensure it's extra sound and sturdy. Of course, if you need something a little heavier, we can equip you with B Flute cardboard (1/8" thickness) upon request for any size order.

As for materials, these corrugated mailer boxes are available in classic white board, kraft board for a more artisanal look, and show-stopping super-gloss, which transforms your packaging into something that's as suited for a display shelf as it is for shipping.All our mailer boxes are made with at least 50% recycled material and are 100% recyclable.
