Q1.What is your terms of packing?
A:Generally,we pack our goods in pp bags and cartons. If you have other requests,
We can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
The WALIYA KHURASAN INDUSTRY Agreement and arrangement made by E-Mail/WhatsApp with our representatives become legally valid only if approved in writing by us. Quotation & acceptance of orders are always without obligation. After Confirmation of delivery place, Product details, Packaging and all charges of C&F, the customer is obliged to accept delivery pay the agreed price and adhere to the payment terms of the order.

All orders below 2000 USD/Euro, plus VAT will require 100% payment with the order confirmation before production begins. Trade credit terms are available by separate negotiation.

On orders over 2000 USD/Euro Waliya Khurasan Industry Instruments will accept a non-refundable deposit of 70% with an order confirmation before production begins. The remaining 30% balance is to be paid and cleared before dispatch.

Delivery of Goods:
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order.You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. All our delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of both the products and the packaging.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items:
If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges.
