The one-line system that directly processes dried seaweed (raw
material of laver) to gimbap seaweed guarantees the taste and
quality of products. For roasted seaweed, the rich and natural
flavors are brought out by using seaweed that has been produced
in the same year. The weight varies depending on the purpose, and
local gimbap seaweed and sushi seaweed for export are
produced.
Comparing to other companies, we are trying to operate some
processes about a selector of foreign material, a detector of
metal and so on and to decrease an insensitivity of food safety
by designated domestic and foreign certificated facilities about
HACCP, ISO22000, FSSC22000, HALAL and so on.
