Operational disposal and storage
Operation precautions: closed operation, provide sufficient local exhaust air. The operation of Salicylaldehyde is as mechanized and automatic as possible. Operators must be specially trained and strictly abide by operating procedures. It is recommended that operators wear a self-priming filter gas mask (half mask), chemical safety protective glasses, gas penetrating protective suits, and chemical protective gloves. Keep away from fire, heat source, no smoking in the workplace. Use explosion-proof ventilation systems and equipment. Prevent steam from escaping into the workplace air. Avoid contact with oxidants, acids and bases. When handling, light loading and unloading should be done to prevent damage to packaging and containers. Equipped with the corresponding variety and quantity of fire equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment. An empty container may contain harmful residue.
Precautions for storage: Store Salicylaldehyde in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat. Keep the container sealed. It should be stored separately from oxidants, acids, alkalis and edible chemicals, and should not be mixed. Equipped with the corresponding variety and quantity of fire equipment. The storage area should be equipped with leak emergency treatment equipment and suitable holding materials.
