ULTEM PEI SERIES:

A, Ultem 4000-1100/Ultem 4000-7402;

ULTEM 4000 resin is an amorphous, opaque, glass fiber and polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) reinforced polyetherimide (PEI) plastic offering a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. This inherently flame retardant resin has UL94 V0 listing and is RoHs compliant. ULTEMTM 4000 resin is wear resistant and offers a reduced coefficient of friction.

B, Ultem 4001-1100/Ultem 4001-7402;

It is PTFE filled, standard flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C). Resin is RoHS compliant. UL94 V0 and 5VA listing.

C, Ultem 4002-1100/Ultem 4002-7402;

It is PTFE filled, standard flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C). ECO Conforming, UL 94 V0 and 5VA listing in recognized colors.

D, Ultem 4211-1100/Ultem 4211-7402;

It is 20% Glass fiber filled, standard flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C). ECO Conforming.
