Rust Armour® is a metal-based, moisture-curing polyurethane topcoat that covers and seals virtually any surface against corrosion, weathering, and physical damage. Rust Armour® is also a “three-in-one” system, requiring the primer, intermediate coat, and topcoat to be used together. Under normal use, Rust Armour® dries on the treated surface, immediately penetrating and filling the epoxy resin. It then begins to cure quickly. During curing, Rust Armour® absorbs moisture from the surface and undergoes a brief internal expansion. This rapid conditioning with the surface forms a sealant that prevents corrosion or penetration by sealing, moisturizing, or otherwise absorbing water. Rust Armour® withstands fatigue, direct exposure, acid, salt, and hazardous substances while maintaining its overall strength and sealing properties.

Rust Armour is suitable for most rapidly corrosive environments, including bridges, metal tanks, large concrete tanks, offshore oil platforms, steel structures, and metal roofs. It effectively prevents corrosion while reducing labor costs, making it an ideal corrosion protection solution.
