This optical refractometer (honey meter) has 3 scales: 10 - 33 % for measurement of honey moisture, 58-90% for brix, 38 - 43 Be for Glucose Baume. It is suitable not only for beekeepers but also for all who needs check bee honey quality (e.g. in food industry).
