Taking its name from the unique pulse extraction process used to produce specialty beverages of greater intensity and flavor, the Z6 is equipped with Jura’s latest Aroma G3 grinder for faster and quieter grinding and an RFID capable water reservoir for intelligent water filtration.

Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.) Brewing

The Z6 is the first machine from Jura to employ their innovative Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.) brewing system. As opposed to a constant flow, water is instead pulsed through the grounds in short intervals that extract greater intensity and aroma while shortening the overall brew time. With P.E.P. short specialty beverages like espresso and ristretto can be prepared with greater clarity and flavor than ever before.
