Vacuum casting is an often underestimated prototyping technique that can save customers time and money. This technology allows you to make parts that simulate plastic injection molding. This is achieved through the use of polyurethane formulations, which are designed to simplify the material properties of real plastic resins such as nylon, ABS, PC, and POM. Using special RTV silicone, our silicone tools can produce up to 30 parts. We can also color and texture the parts in the mold, and provide other post-processing processes, such as painting.
