Cane Jaggery is a traditional cane sugar widely popular in Asia. It is basically solidified part of sugarcane juice. Usually this is dark brown in color. Sugarcane is crushed, filtered and concentrated to produce sweet and healthy sweet solid. This soft and lumpy cane jaggery is highly demanded in food industry. This can be used for a longer period as it does not get spoiled easily. Proper storage of this edible solid can even increase its taste with time. It is recommended by doctors for avoiding rise in calories.
