Overall structure: Push-pull whiteboard writing board is divided into inner and outer double-layer structure.The outer layer has two sliding boards. The inner layer fixed writing board occupies the whole area of the large frame. The upper and lower baffles are preset according to the height of the integrated machine (there is no upper and lower baffles for large size TV). The front of the fixed writing board is flat with that of the integrated machine.

Inner core material: sound-absorbing, high strength, moisture-proof and flame-retardant polystyrene board. The thickness is about 14 mm. (Inner core material from other manufacturers is only 8mm)

Back plate: High quality rust-proof hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. Mechanized production, one-time production line. Zinc plating content Z12. Technical requirements are not lower than the national standard GB2518-88. Prevent the interference of electronic infrared equipment. It has protective equipment. The thickness is about 0.2 mm.

Border: Luxury High Strength Industrial Electrophoresis Champagne Aluminum Alloy.The mould is extruded once for forming. Large frame size 90 mm x 50 mm. The track is equipped with hidden double-hanging pulleys. The frame is treated by oxidation and sandblasting coating. There was no obvious glare.

Angle-wrapping material: ABS engineering plastics with anti-aging and high strength are used for injection moulding. Streamlined design of double wall cavity. Round angle≥R25mm. No sharp horns or burrs.

Writing board pulley: 1. The upper rail adopts two groups of suspension pulleys to damping effect ; 2. The pulley uses high precision bearings; 3. The lower rail adopts two groups of horizontal sliders. It ensures smooth sliding, low noise, precise positioning before and after, and The back-and-forth motion of the sliding plate is less than 0.5mm, durable. Number≥8 groups. Install it evenly up and down. Push and pull smoothly without jamming and sharp friction. Good stability.

Buffer pad: Buffer pads are installed on both sides of the interior of the black board frame to prevent impact on the frame when the movable black board is opened.
