PTFE Extruded/Molded Rod

Diameter 1-5mm rods are made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin by paste extrusion processing; Diameter 6-200mm rod selection suspension PTFE resin made by plunger processing; Diameter more than 200mm rods by molding production.

Note: When the dismeter of rod is larger than 16mm, only test apparent density

Chemical: can be used as anti-corrosion materials, can manufacture a variety of anti-corrosion parts, such as pipes, valves, pumps and fittings joints. Chemical equipment, can be produced reactor, distillation column and anti-corrosion equipment lining and coating.

Mechanical: can be used as self-lubricating bearings, piston rings, oil seals and seals. Self-lubrication can reduce wear and heat and reduce power consumption.

Electronic and electrical aspects: mainly used in the manufacture of various wire and cable, battery electrodes, battery separator, printed circuit boards.
