1. Payment Terms
-- JOYOMEIHUA general payment term is 50% wire transfer in advance & the balance paid before shipment, or LC at sight
-- For long term cooperated customers JOYOMEIHUA would be delight to provide better payment terms.
 2. MOQ
-- 100 sheets MOQ for normal size&thickness acoustic panels, but if you want to customize other size, the MOQ is 300 sheets per color
3. Lead Time
For normal size(1220*2420mm), we can delivery within 3 days.

For customized products, it will takes about 7-15days
 4. Samples
-- Samples which are available in warehouse can be offered free.
-- We usually charges 3 times price for producing new samples and pay back after a formal order which meet MOQ.
 5. Different Requirements on Products
-- Customers' requirements to get feasible changes on our ODM products are welcome.
