3. Q: Do you provide samples ? How can I get a sample from you?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
After confirming the sample model and design, we can send you samples by courier like Fedex, UPS, DHL etc...Samples can be provided free of charge, but courier freight needs to be covered by you, which can be returned to you when you place an order later.
4. Q: How do I purchase your goods?

A: For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance after goods are finished.

A: Yes, you can come to our factory by yourself or ask colleagues from your Chinese office or even ask a third party inspection company to check the quality of goods before delivery.
7. Q: How the goods are delivered to me?
A: For small quantity, we advise to deliver by courier, like UPS, DHL, ect.
For big quantity, we advise to ship by sea. We can send goods to your assigned Shipping Forwarder. Or if you don't have a shipping forwarder, we'll quote you sea freight by using our shipping agent.
