The
test facility can carry out automatic test towardsG1.6,
G2.5, G4.0 diaphragm gas meter according to
JJG577-2012.
2.The system is with dynamic image sampling, bar code scanning
input, auto receive reed switch and pulse signal of gas meter,
auto compensation for temperature and pressure, error judgment,
data query, storage and printing function.
3.
The
relative expansion uncertainty of nozzle outflow coefficient
Urel = 0.2% (k=2) shall be certified by metrological
verification institutions at or above provincial level.
4.Device expansion uncertainty Urel = 0.5% (k=2), flow
stability ≤0.1%, the verification certificate issued by the
provincial or above metrological verification
institutions.

The
nozzle system is designed for quick disassembly without tools
to facilitate on-line calibration and maintenance.

collector with error detection which results on the spot
display + remote display, convenient change verification,
