 C5H12O4, pentaerythritol, formula is white crystal or powder, combustible, vulnerable to general organic acid esterification, mass industrial production of alkyd resin used in coating, synthetic senior lubricants, plasticizer, surface active agent, pharmaceutical and explosive materials.

Pentaerythritol is mainly for the production of alkyd resins, but also for manufacture of inks, lubricants,plasticizers, surfactants, explosives and drugs raw materials.  

Usage:   Used in the manufacture of alkyd resin and paint, manufacturing plastic stabilizers and plasticizer, and used in the manufacture of four nitro pentaeruthritol detonating explosives etc, also in aviation for lubricating preparation.
