Pechem Doma Sand Cake

Shortbread pastry dough is one of the most popular and, perhaps, one of the most complicated homemade recipes. Save time and energy with Pechem Doma baking mix for a sand torte. Due to carefully selected proportions of the ingredients, the dough will turn out tender and crumbly, but firm enough to hold its shape well. Add 100 ml of warm water or milk and 100 g of butter (or margarine) or sunflower oil to the contents of the package, stir until you get a homogeneous mix. Slice the dough in half; put a layer of 1 cm in a tin greased with butter or margarine. Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated up to 180-200°C. Cool the baked pie shell, spread cream, jam or preserve on the bottom part and piece together pie shells. Spread the cream on the upper part and top with whipped cream.
