PBO Felt Pad

Product Details

PBO felt pad color was brown(outer layer) and yellow(inner layer), the highest temperature could resistant to 600 degree, applied to extruder discharge port, it is made of special high-temperature fiber PBO and high temperature fiber Kevlar fiber in a reasonable ratio refined. That could effectively improve the scuffs and black marks caused by graphite, and the middle of the PBO carpet will have a high temperature fabric, which greatly increases the density of the carpet and is particularly suitable for producing aluminum products with extremely high requirements. If Is a heavier extrusion press, PBO felt pad can also be used for its first level of the active cooling beams.
