Q2. Can I get a free sample before the order?
A: Sure. We welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are also acceptable. But please pay the sample fee and freight cost first, and we will return the sample fee after the formal order placed.

Q5. What is your delivery time?
A: The lead time of the sample with standard requirement is 3-5 days, and that of mass production is 25-35 working days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs based on normal condition.

Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Mass production products are usually shipped by sea, and it takes 25-45 days to arrive the port. Small amount products are often shipped by express like DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, and it usually takes 3-5 days. Besides, airline is also available.
