Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?

Q2:what is the MOQ for each items?

A: If the required items we have stock,there is no limitation for MOQ ,and normally MOQ as 100-500 pieces acceptable.

Q3:Do you accept OEM service?

A:Yes,OEM is warmly welcomed,product can be customized according to your requirement.Please tell us the required specification or technical drawing,ect.

Q4: What is your sample policy?

A: We have two kinds of samples.

1)Free sample : Sample is free for the standard product in stock, customer only pay the cost of freight.

2) Charged sample : for the customized product, the customer should pay both sample and the cost of freight.

Q5:What is your terms of payment?

A: Payment<=2000USD,100% T/T in advance.

Payment>=2000USD,usually,30%-50% T/T in advance,the balance before shipment by T/T.

B: L/C is also acceptable and negotiable.

C: Other payment can be negotiated.

Q6:What is your delivery time/lead time?

A: Generally it is about 7-15 days if the goods are in stock. Or it will be 15-25 days if the goods are not in stock,the specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q7:How do you pack products?

A: Normally,plastic bag inside and carton outside.We'll also do according to the customers' demands.

Q8.What’s our shipping ways?

A: By DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT ,EMS EXPRESS ,etc.

B: By sea,by air,by land or as your needs.

Q9: What's your available port of Shipment?

A: Normally, Tianjin port.

B: Qingdao/ Shanghai ports are also available.

Q10: How do you guarantee the after-sale service?

A: All products have to pass strict inspection before shipping to ensure quality of each product. If products are damaged when you receive them, we can replace them with new ones or give you the refund.
