New ultra-soft hydrophilic silicone oil

Ingredient: Multi-block copolymer of polysiloxane, polyamine and polyether

Appearance: Light yellow viscous liquid.

Ionicity: Cationic

Content: 90-95% (w/o emulsifier and water)

pH value: 7.0-8.0

Brief introduction:A multicomponent copolymer of polysiloxane, amine and polyether. Suitable for finishing treatment of cellulose fiber, good hydrophilicity handle. Excellent alkali and shear resistance, high cost performance.

Eco-friendly w/o banned chemicals, and meets the EU Otex-100 standard.

Application procedure:

Emulsification ratio: 5:1 to 3:1.Add the 3741 and emulsifier to the reaction kettle in proportion, start stirring to mix well, then slowly add water to the required concentration, adjust the pH value to 5-6 with an appropriate amount of acetic acid to obtain a transparent microemulsion.

Packaging and storage:

120KGS/Package or according to customer’s requirement.
