1.  Can you customize socks according to my own designs ?if so , what information do you need to start ?

- Yes, we can customize school uniforms according to our customer's designs and requirements. We need the following information to start :

1).Your designs with clear pattern and color code from Pantone or other color book.

2). Detailed size spec. with measurement way.

3). Material request

4). Quantity

5). Packing details

2.  What is your MOQs ?

- Our regular MOQ is usually 200 sets /style/color/size.

However, for the trial order, we can also accept lower MOQ based on our negotiation.

3. Can I get samples from you?

- Yes, we can offer samples but we’ll charge a little of sample cost. The sample cost will be deducted if you place official orders to us. You should always pay for the shipping charge of the samples. We have special discount from the currier companies like DHL, UPS and FEDEX. So the shipping cost will not be very high.

4. What’s your sample lead time and production lead time?

- Normally we need 7-10 days to make samples if the raw material you requested is available. If no material in stock, we will need to buy new material and the timing will be decided by the material purchasing period. 

Our regular production lead time is 30-45 days after sample confirmation..

5. What’s your payment term?

- Our regular payment term is T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L.  We can also accept L/C at sight and D/P.

6.Where is your closest exporting sea port?

- Ningbo or Shanghai.

7. Can I visit your factory before placing the order?

- Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory, and we believe it will enhance our mutual understanding after your visit.

8. How far is your company to the nearest airport and railway station?

- 15 Minutes to Yiwu airport and railway station. We can pick you up from the airport or railway station. Hotel booking service is available.
